The Cozy Nest Guest House
in East Hampton, NY

Quiet and cozy typical Hampton House between East Hampton and Amagansett. We are renting two rooms in our house. One with Queen Bed and one with Full bed, both with high ceiling and a lot of light. Cozy garden with pool will be waiting for you! Enjoy a charming breakfast at the pool. Our Labrador Nina and Tuxedo Cat Tatiana will welcome you! You would also be able to practice your French and Spanish! Bikes are available. Walking distance to Beaches and Amagansett - Pick ups to bus or train stations - Check In/Out times are flexible...

THE SPACE

This is the house in which Philippe and Julio are living, so we would be in the house during your stay. We are renting one bedroom with Queen size bed (Larger and corner room with two windows overlooking the front of the house) as well as a smaller room with a Full size bed overlooking the garden and the pool). One bathroom would be shared if both bedrooms are booked. Rooms and bathroom have silent central AC. Room are equipped with a little fridge with free non alcoholic drinks, as well as with a coffee maker. TV is also available in the rooms upon request at check in (Cable TV). Hair dryer, Iron and Iron Board are also available.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have the access to the garden and the pool. Breakfast would be served in the Garden on the deck or pool side, or inside depending on weather...

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

We intend to provide touristic information in the neighborhood.
We can pick up and drop off at the Amagansett or East Hampton bus and train station. Three bikes will be available (first come, First serve!!!) to go to Amagansett or the ocean beaches. Amagansett and the ocean beaches are also at a walking distance (15 to 25mn)
